Pacific Island Planners Association

The Pacific Island Planners Association (PIPA2), the Pacific Chapter of EAROPH, was formally established at Pacific Urban Forum 5 (PUF5) in Nadi, Fiji, on 3 July 2019. EAROPH Australia is delighted to be a driving partner of the revival of PIPA2.

At PUF5, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Eastern Regional Organisation for Planning and Human Settlements (EAROPH) International, EAROPH Australia, the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP) and the New Zealand Planning Institute (NZPI) to agree on a stronger collaboration to achieve sustainable development in the Pacific.
