- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) - You can direct debit your membership fees to our bank account, which is specified in the membership form (link above). Please forward a copy of the completed transaction slip with your application form addressed to Alicia Yon, Co-Secretary EAROPH Australia, at [email protected]. Please add your name in the transfer notes. We also welcome donations via this method. Please be aware that at this stage donations to EAROPH Australia are not tax deductible.
